CYD Regional Meeting
Come join representatives from YD Chapters from throughout Northern California as we discuss upcoming events and regional organizing.

CYD Regional Rafting Day
Come out and enjoy a nice day on the American River. True regional cooperation will be at work on the float from Fair Oaks to Geothe Park.
When: June 27th at 10:30 AM
Where: River Rat — 4053 Pennsylvania Ave, Fair Oaks
Cost: $20 this includes raft, shuttle, life jacket, insurance, and raft launch fee
July MEMBERSHIP MEETING
Our July membership meeting on Wednesday, July 1st will be at the California Labor Federation Conference Room.
Where: 1127 11th Street, Suite 410 (11th St. between L and K St.)
When: Wednesday July 1st, 6:30pm
What: Meet other young people who care about politics. Find out about opportunities to get more involved. Learn about affordable housing in Sacramento from this month’s guest speakers from the Sacramento Housing Alliance.
Action Item: Upon recommendation of the Executive Board, and as a result of the efforts of the SCYD Homelessness Working Group, the club will consider voting to support a repeal of City Ordinance 2009-012, pertaining to scavenging in recycling and garbage bins.
